Housed in a building that dates back to 1849 that underwent renovation in 2005, this 4-storey hotel is fully air conditioned and comprises 251 rooms of which 25 are suites. Next to it, there is a beautiful courtyard with a sun deck. The impressive lobby houses a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange counter, and lifts. Guests will additionally find a bar and the famous Red Fish Grill serving a range of culinary delights within the hotel. Traveling from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport on I-10 East, follow the signs to the New Orleans Business District and continue to follow 1-10 East toward Slidell. Exit I-10 East at the Orleans Avenue/Vieux Carre exit. Orleans Avenue becomes Basin Street as it curves toward the French Quarter. Make a left turn from Basin Street onto Iberville Street. Follow Iberville Street into the French Quarter. Go 2 blocks and turn right onto Dauphine Street. The hotel entrance is located on your immediate left.
