The hotel is a boutique hotel and condominium which brings fresh contemporary style and understated chic to the heart of Waikiki. Sunlight streams through floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a large, tiled outdoor lanai. Views of the ocean, city and mountains are drawn into the cool colours and airy ambience of the indoor areas. This city apartment hotel comprises a total of 48 rooms spread over 9 floors. Facilities on offer to guests include a 24-hour reception and check-out service, 2 restaurants and room and laundry services (charges apply to both).

The 1- and 2-bedroom units feature individually adjustable air conditioning, a cable TV, a spacious tiled lanai and a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The 1-bedroom units have a queen-size bed with a queen-size pull-out sofa bed; the 2-bedroom units have 2 queen-size beds with a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. Rollaway beds are available for a fee. A private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a radio and an ironing set are also provided in all accommodation as standard. They are also equipped with a safe.

There are two restaurants on-site located on the street level; an exceptional Italian cuisine in a cozy setting and a Japanese soba-ya, buckwheat noodle restaurant that serves fresh soba prepared daily.

Limited self-parking is available for guests at an additional charge (1 car per room). Parking is based on space availability and is not guaranteed. Reception desk operates 24 hours a day.

Guests coming from the airport arrival terminal exit toward Waikiki/Honolulu should go up the ramp and stay right going east towards Waikiki/Honolulu for 1.6 km to the H1 Freeway and merge onto the H1 east. Continue on the H1 east for 1.3 km going towards Honolulu. The freeway will begin to veer to the left. Take exit 23 to Punahou Street, turning right onto Punahou Street. Go south on Punahou Street for 1 block and then turn right onto South Beretania Street and travel for 1 block. Turn left at the first traffic signal onto Kalakau Avenue and continue. Turn right on to Beach Walk and the hotel is on the left.
