The resort provides a warm, relaxed vacation setting, filled with fish ponds and flower blossoms, gardens and waterfalls. Located at the base of the famous Mt. Haleakala near the town of Kihei, the resort is part of Maui's sunny western coast and sits directly opposite one of the island's finest beach parks. Resort has four tennis courts, large swimming pool, sun deck, two jet spas, and nine barbecue areas on property.

All the studios, and 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom suites come with a fully-equipped kitchen with a cooker, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and a washing machine as well as a private lanai. The rooms feature colour cable TV, a balcony, individually adjustable air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub, a washer/dryer, a daily chambermaid service, a ceiling fan, a telephone, an iron/ironing board and an in-room safe. Furthermore, a radio and Internet access are provided in all accommodation as standard.

There is no restaurant on property, but there are dining options available within the surrounding area.

Property provides mid-stay housekeeping service for stays that are 7 days or longer, which includes changing of linens and towels, vacuuming, and cleaning of bathrooms as well as kitchens. Guests who are staying less than 7 days can purchase additional housekeeping services at nominal costs. Extra towels and amenities will be provided in each unit prior to check-in. Guests can request for replenishment of the bath amenities (shampoo, soap, toilet tissues) at any time without charge. There will be a small fee for the replacement of towels/linens.

Guests coming from Kahului Airport should take the Kuihelani Highway (no. 380). At the intersection with Puunene Avenue, turn left onto Mokulele Highway (no. 350). This street will change into Highway 311 and guests should continue until reaching the 4-way intersection in Kihei Town. Turn left onto Piilani Highway (no. 31) and then drive south for approximately 10 km. Turn right and go down Keonekai Road. The hotel is on the left hand side of Keonekai Road. Guests will need a gate pass to enter through the gate and will receive their pass after check-in. Keep driving until the stop sign and turn left onto South Kihei Road. The hotel is within a block.
