With a boutique feel, the staff offer a warm welcome to guests while the townhouse feel to the hotel offers a comfortable stay for all. Perfect for couples and familities due to the intimate atmosphere.
Exterior: A Victorian townhouse property, set across 5 floors.
Lobby: Small in size, the lobby is a corridor leading to the small reception. There is however a lounge area to one side, with comfortable seating where guests can relax and read newspapers etc.

The bedrooms have a sparkling new design set within the traditional style of the old townhouse building and feature brand-new furnishings and contemporary styling. The guest rooms vary in size and are all tastefully decorated to exacting standards. A large plasma screen TV is included in all rooms. A Playstation or DVD player is available only on request and a security deposit is required.

The hotel offers a limited Grab and Go breakfast selection from the lounge or breakfast room which is complimentary and consists of tea, coffee and a selection of pastries. New breakfast room to provide Full Scottish Breakfast for the guests.
