This apartment hotel was renovated in 2008 and offers a total of 16 units. The apartments offer all the aspects of modern living expected by guests. There are 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, townhouses and penthouses at both luxury and premium luxury standard. The hotel offers a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, lift access and a car park.

All the accommodation units are fully equipped with state-of-the-art kitchens, master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, private parking, multi-channel Sky television, wireless broadband Internet access, and a personal telephone line. The private bathroom offers a shower, bath and a hairdryer. The apartments feature double or king-size beds, a hi-fi system, safe, fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. A washing machine and ironing set are also included. The apartments offer air conditioning and central heating and include a balcony or terrace.

Reception hours are 9:00h to 17:00h, Monday to Friday. Outside these hours the apartments are locked and no staff are on site. If your arrival falls outside these hours you must call in advance (no less than 48 hours) the and they will arrange that you are met by a staff member on arrival at the apartments and checked in. No stag or hen parties permitted or large groups of same sex.

The apartments are located 20 minutes drive from Edinburgh airport. There are local bus stop only 5 minutes walk away.
