Opened in 2009, this city apartment hotel is housed in a Grade II listed cotton warehouse - a building which is part of the fabric of the city. It features high ceilings, long windows, soaring interior spaces and heaps of grand Victorian character. The building was awarded the 'Built in Quality Award 2009' by Manchester City Council, and there is every concession to contemporary style and comfort, with 48 individual apartments to choose from. Guests can select from compact studios and spacious suites, each one fully fitted out for the practicalities of daily life. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and lift access. There is a newspaper stand and a breakfast room and guests have conference facilities and WLAN Internet access at their disposal. They can also take advantage of the laundry service.

All apartments are finished with a subtle suggestion of the Orient, inspired by the bustle of nearby Chinatown. All come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and offer a double bed.
