With only 55 guestrooms this charming air-conditioned beach hotel
was built in 2011 and offers a warm and friendly atmosphere
reflecting the hospitable nature of the Omani people, particularly
the Sifawys (the natives of Sifah). In addition to a lobby with
24-hour reception and check-out services, guests will find currency
exchange facilities as well as a café, a bar, a restaurant and
conference facilities. For additional fees payable locally the
hotel offers wireless Internet access, room and laundry services
and bicycle hire. A car park is available for the use of the
hotel's guests.
Rooms
The accommodation units feature all the necessary amenities and
services expected in a luxurious and modern boutique hotel. Both
guest rooms and suites are designed in 3 unique colour schemes of
blue, green and magenta and all are furnished with a double or
king-size bed and equipped with a bathroom featuring a shower and a
hairdryer. Facilities include wireless Internet access, a direct
dial telephone and voice-mail, an LCD satellite television and a
fully-serviced minibar as well as an in-room safe, an ironing set
and tea and coffee making facilities. Nespresso machines are to be
found in the suites and 3 of the suites are fully designed and
equipped for disabled guests with accessible showers and toilets.
The rooms feature individually regulated air conditioning and a
private balcony with beautiful views of the Jebel Sifah marina
overlooking the Oman Sea.
Restaurant & Food
The hotel restaurants offer a unique blend of flavours and
cuisines, each in their own distinctive setting. With no shortage
of flavours and inspiration, the hotel's goal is to use fresh,
locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. In addition to a
breakfast buffet the hotel offers à la carte options for both lunch
and dinner.
Activities & Sport
A wide variety of activities and facilities are offered by the
hotel ranging from board games and swimming in one of the hotel's 2
swimming pools (one outside and one inside, heated, swimming pool)
to desert excursions and boat trips. The children's swimming pool
and games room with table tennis and a pool table provide
entertainment for the hotel's younger guests. There is a poolside
snack bar, as well as sun loungers and parasols. A gym and beach
volleyball are also available and, for additional fees payable
locally, guests can enjoy diving, windsurfing, banana boating,
sailing and catamaran boating on the nearby sandy beach where sun
loungers and parasols are also available.

Directions, How to get
there
From Muscat Airport, follow directions to Muscat city. Follow the
Sultan Qaboos Highway until Wadi El Kabir and continue to the
Qantab Road and follow the signs to Yiti. Turn right before
entering Yiti and follow the signs for As Sifah. At the quiet
fishing village of Sifah, continue until the T-junction (just after
the local school), turn right and continue straight until the
resort entrance.
