Chymes provides an alternative accommodation for travelers to Penang who are looking for a cosy, private holiday by the sea instead of the typical chain hotels.

All 6 rooms in Chymes are tastefully decorated with individual themes. Each room comes complete with private and spacious bathroom with rain shower experience equipped with towels, your own selected bath wash, shampoo, individually controlled air-condition and daily housekeeping. We do not provide television in the rooms as we encourage our guests to go out, explore, bask in the sun and simply just to have fun.

Breakfast is served in the garden for our guests to enjoy the serene surroundings lined with a scenic view of coconut trees.

Within 10-20 minutes drive, if you head towards Georgetown, there are shopping complexes like Island Plaza and Gurney Plaza, restaurants and the famous Gurney Drive. If you head towards Batu Ferringhi, there are night spots like Hard Rock Café and Sixty9ine Mansion and the ever popular street market along the belt of Batu Ferringhi.
