This contemporary 4 bedroom villa is located in a quiet location in Umalas, Seminyak - Bali. Only 5 minutes drive to Seminyak restaurants and shopping and only 5 minutes drive to the beach. This villa is newly constructed inspired from traditional Balinesse architecture. The main building, which has a huge living room (80m) opens onto the pool and the garden with a large lounge and dining room. The villa is tastefully decorated with white furniture and clean lines that emit an aura of simplicity and modern style. The villa contains a fully equipped kitchen styled directly into the dining room via a bar with high chairs.

The villa has a living area furnished with a flat-screen cable TV and sofa. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a stove, kitchenware and dining table. Overlooking the pool or garden, air-conditioned rooms are fitted with a wardrobe. En suite bathrooms have shower or bath facilities.

Complimentary breakfast is served on the first morning during guests’ stay.
