The Kunja is a boutique hotel offering 18 fully serviced private villas conviniently located in Petitenget Seminyak. Idyllically located on the outskirts of Bali's trendy Seminyak area, only minutes away from one of the island's most famous stretch of golden-sand beaches, myriad of restaurants and shopping boutiques. Specializing in one-bedroom retreats for honeymooners and couples, The Kunja Hotel is only a hotel by name, as the villas themselves are as spacious, refined and private as many of the more attractive private homes in Bali. Kunja comprises 4 spacious three-bedroom villas and 14 one-bedroom villas, each appointed with a large central living area, private swimming pool with sundeck, full-service kitchen, en-suit bathrooms and large tropical garden.

Each open-plan villa integrates the lush exterior into the interior decor. Traditional materials fashioned in modern designs are used throughout the compound to create a comfortable environment. All villas have a large central living area, private swimming pool with sun deck, full-service kitchen with microwave, king-size bed, satellite TV and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Other amenities comprise a direct dial telephone, hi-fi system, minibar/fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, walk-in closets, a safety deposit box, individually regulated air conditioning and a terrace.

Breakfast is served either in the villa or in the restaurant. Half board and full board plans are also offered by the hotel. Lunch and dinner may be ordered à la carte or from a set menu.

There are several outdoor swimming pools in the hotel grounds, and for guests who want to pamper themselves can try spa treatment in the accommodation.
