The hotel is some 5 km from the centre of Vancouver. A public transport stop is located directly by the hotel. The Asian Market and the River Rock Casino are about 5 minutes away by car, and the shopping venues in the centre of Richmond are roughly a 10-minute drive. The famous fishing village of Steveston is around 40 minutes away by public transport. There is a complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

Renovated in 2001, the fully air-conditioned airport hotel comprises a total of 107 rooms on 18 floors. In the lobby there is a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, and a currency exchange desk. The restaurant serves delicious cuisine and has a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Within the hotel there is also a breakfast room, public Internet access, and a bicycle storage room. A laundry service is on offer. Guests may park their cars either in the hotel car park or garage.
