Renovated in 2007, this city hotel is spacious yet intimate,
featuring polished marble and the beauty of natural wood, with rich
tropical hardwoods creating an atmosphere of timeless, classic
Khmer style, cleverly blended with present day trends. It comprises
a total of 130 rooms and suites; 40% of which has pool views, 10%
has city views and the remainder has views of the well-kept, lush
tropical gardens. Facilities on offer to guests at this
air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour
reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange
facility and lift access. It also offers a café, a newspaper stand
and a bar. Guests can enjoy the TV lounge, the restaurant,
conference facilities and Internet access. They may also take
advantage of the room and laundry services and there is parking and
a garage available for those arriving by car.
Rooms
Whether suite or deluxe room, guests will delight in the richness
of the glowing wooden floors as the natural-timber theme is carried
through to their personal space. All rooms come with a private
bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer, as well as a direct
dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and a kitchenette with a
minibar/fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. They are also
equipped with a king-size or double bed, individually adjustable
air conditioning and heating and a safe. All rooms also feature
either a balcony or a terrace.
Restaurant & Food
The restaurant is located right next to the Lobby Lounge and Bar
and can serve up to 160 guests at a time, yet has an airy, relaxed
and intimate feel. Western food, Khmer and Thai food are all
available here and the chef, with over 10 years' experience in the
luxury hotel business, specialises in authentic European food.
Activities & Sport
The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool set amidst a
beautifully landscaped garden, with a poolside snack bar and a sun
terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests can also relax with
a massage treatment or a spell in the sauna, all of which are
available near the pool, as well as a gym.
