This is a recently-created hotel in the south of the island of Phuket which was renovated in 2007. It comprises a total of 95 rooms and is a stylish boutique resort which reflects an unusual retro-deco design with hints of Mayan-style architecture. Each secluded suite has stunning sea views, and guests only have a few minutes' walk to the white, sandy beach below. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and 24-hour check-in/check out service, a hotel safe, a lift, a bar, a restaurant, a wine and cigar shop and a business centre. Guests may also take advantage of the high-speed wireless Internet access (charges apply) and the room and laundry services. There is parking (charges apply) for those arriving by car.

The rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower/ bathtub as well as a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and Internet access. They offer a kitchen with a minibar, a fridge, a cooker, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and ironing set. Furthermore, a king-size or double bed, individually adjustable air conditioning and a safe are provided in all accommodation as standard and all rooms feature either a balcony or a terrace.

At Malina's, an all-day bistro, bar and bakery, guests can indulge in a choice of cuisine or selected Thai and regional specialities. There is also a truly original selection of pizzas on this al-fresco dining area. Malina's is open for a daily buffet breakfast from 7.00 a.m. - 11.00 a.m.

The hotel features 2 outdoor swimming pools (charges may apply) and a pool bar as well as a gym and an executive massage and spa centre.

Guests arriving by car from the airport should take the 4027 to the Heroine Monument, then continue on the 4027 and turn right onto the bypass (motorway) 402 and drive straight to Chaofah Road until the Penta Circle(the 5th junction on Chalong Circle). Take the 4028 to Kata-Karon Beach until the gas station comes into view on the right hand side - close by the junction (there is only one along this road). Turn left and go straight until the end (approximately 300 m). Then turn left after around 50 m and take a right up the hill. The hotel is located on the hillside facing the beach.
