This wonderfully preserved building is located in the heart of the Barrio Gotico of Barcelona, the best location to enjoy a unique stay in the city center, surrounded by popular bars and restaurants, small streets and local shops. At 500 meters from the Rambla and 5 minutes walk from the metro stop Jaume I. At Barrio GÃ³tico there are plenty of activities to do: from visiting Picasso Museum or the famous Cathedral, to relaxing in Plaza Reial or Plaza del Rey.

All apartments have free bath amenities, kitchen amenities as water, tea, coffee and sugar, soap, scrubber and city maps. Should you need to check-in after 10pm, the reception will be at the apartment directly. We need to know your arrival time in order to be able to meet you at the apartment when you arrive by emailing reservations@thestreetsapartments.com. Once in Barcelona, you should call us 30 minutes before the arrival at the apartment to arrange the check-in and allow our staff to meet you in time at the apartment. Studios have been refurbished and up to 3 people with typical Barcelona decoration and with parquet floors. Units consist of one room, plus the lounge that has a flat-screen TV. Most of them include a private balcony. Each one has a kitchenette with a hob, microwave and coffee maker. One bedroom apartments are for 4/5 people. The Apartments have one room and a sofa bed on the lounge. Two refurbished bedroom apartment are for 6 people with two rooms and a double sofa bed on the lounge.
