New apartment's building from 2008, really warm and well decorated. Every apartment of 60 sq/m contains a complete equiped lounge with a independent and modern kitchen and 2 bedrooms with one complete bathroom and with security TV cameras.
Exterior: The building has been completely reformed in 2008. It keeps the original structure with a integral modern construction.

The apartments have been decorated with new contemporary design furniture. All the apartments are completely equipped with bed linen (sheets, duvets, pillows, blankets) and a set of towels for each guest. The apartments have one double bedroom with a bed of 1,50*2,00m, and a twin bedroom with two beds of 90*2,00m. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. All are proper beds with complete bathrooms with hair dryer (shower), air conditioning and heating, washing machine with dryer, safe, independent kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine including complete set of kitchen and table utensils. All the apartments living rooms are with parquet flooring. The living room is fully equipped with a 21" television and HIFI-CD player, DVD and Wifi connection.
