The establishment has a total of 43 apartments, and other facilities available to guests include a hotel safe, lift access and Internet access in public areas. A laundry service is also available and guests can hire bikes or park their vehicles in the hotel car park and garage for a fee.

All the apartments have a spacious dining room, 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms with a bathtub/shower. All the apartments come with WLAN Internet access and an LCD TV, in addition to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 4 sets of plates, cutlery, glasses and wine glasses, kitchen utensils and a Nespresso machine. Other in-room amenities include an iron and ironing board, air conditioning and heating units, bed linen and towels and sofa chairs for 4 people, as well as a safety deposit box (standard laptop measurements), double bed and hairdryer.

Check-in: Check-in to the apartment is from 4 pm onwards. Check-in after 9 pm will be subject to a surcharge and check-in after 1 am at night up to 8 am will be subject to an additional surcharge. Check-in is at the offices located at Calle Vidal y Valenciano 14. Please note that the client should inform the hotel of their arrival time at least 3 days in advance. A deposit will be charged upon arrival. Check-out: The latest time for check-out is 11 am. On exiting the apartment, clients should leave the keys in the Central Offices, located at Calle Vidal y Valenciano 14. The apartment should be perfectly clean and in a good state of repair. Should this not be the case, the initial deposit will not be returned. Loss of keys will be subject to a surcharge.
