This wonderful, small hotel is housed in a so-called 16th century Mudejar palace and has been transformed into a hotel with a great deal of taste and skill. The building's interiors feature Andalusian pillared innards with galleries and a wonderful collection of modern paintings to marvel at as well as fabulous frescoes in a Raphaelite style. The building was built in 1515 and comprises 3 floors with a total of 35 rooms of which 3 are suites. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a lift in addition to a restaurant with highchairs for infants and a conference room. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park, which lies about 500 m from the hotel, and a laundry service rounds off the offerings.

The tastefully decorated rooms each come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, Internet access, WLAN Internet access, a minibar/ fridge, tiling, air conditioning and a hire safe.

Guests may select their breakfast from an ample buffet.

On the Granada Highway, take the Recogidas centre lane. Drive through Recogidas Street and Reyes Católicos (there is a forbidden notice, allowing only authorised cars to follow: hotel guests are authorised to pass). Upon reaching Plaza Nueva, there are two pylons, which are closed at certain times of the day. If the access is closed, there is a pillar on the left-hand side with various bells. Ring the one for The Palacio Santa Inés and staff will open the access. It is recommended that guests call the hotel at this time. Further on, the sign for the hotel can be seen; it is best to park at the top of the walkway.
