Since 1770 this prestigious balneotherapy centre has been visited
by multitudes of visitors. They are drawn there by the purity of
its waters and the quality of its treatments. El Balneario offers 6
different springs: Chloral, bi-carbonated, sodium-calcite, ferrous,
carbonated and magnesium. The hotel offers 57 rooms in total spread
over four floors. A hotel safe, café, bar, games room, TV room and
a restaurant also feature. Internet access is available, as is a
laundry service. Parking facilities are available to guests
arriving by car.
Rooms
The rooms are fully air-conditioned, opening onto a verandah
leading to the central patio. These features combined with the
décor make the rooms a veritable invitation to relax. The rooms
come fully fitted with satellite television, direct dial telephone
and heating. Some rooms feature centrally regulated air
conditioning, a balcony and in-room safe deposit box. Rooms come
with double bed as standard.

sections, 14 bubble baths, one underwater-massage pool, 9 circular
steam showers, 3 circular showers, 1 Scottish shower, 2 steam
rooms, 1 Finnish sauna, 1 pebble path, 9 massage cabinets, 7
thermal beauty cabins, 2 covered stretchers, 6 presotherapy and
shortwave cabins, 3 manicurists, 3 pedicurists, 10 inhalation
cabins, fresh drinking water, relaxation terraces and a solarium.
An outdoor thermal circuit is also available, depending on the
weather.
Directions, How to get
there
The hotel can be accessed from the N-323 (Bailén-Motril) and the
C-333 (going in the direction of La Alpujarra). From the national
motorway Bailén-Motril there is a turn-off for Lanjarón (472,5 km)
and proceed along the regional roadway Tablate-Albuñol.
