This newly built complex has 50 apartments and was opened in 2007. Facilities include reception, lift access and Internet access. Additionally, the establishment offers one free garage parking space per apartment.

The complex features 35 two-bedroom apartments and 15 three-bedroom apartments. All apartments have a terrace and come fully equipped with quality furnishings. The kitchen comes with an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, complete set of kitchenware and dishes, iron and ironing board and refrigerator with freezer, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Each apartment has 2 bathrooms, with a hairdryer in the main bathroom and bathtubs in both. The apartments also feature complimentary Internet access and satellite/cable TV.

The complex features an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. Two 18-hole golf courses can be found in the development: Miraflores Golf and Cala Nova Golf. The development also has a sports centre with a tennis court, sauna and gym.

Reception is located in urbanization Atalayas de Rivieras, apartament 104. It is open every day from 10 am to 11 pm. Guests arriving outside of these hours should notify the establishment of their arrival time in advance.
