Renovated in 2006, the property comprises a total of 39 houses and 8 apartments with 2 to 4 rooms, a floor area of 40m² to 105 m² and a terrace, located in a secure, wooded park. Each unit offers a spacious, comfortable living area. The lodgings are fully-furnished and equipped, and the hotel offers a range of amenities to guests, including an entrance hall, a breakfast room and parking for those arriving by car.

The apartments and houses come with a bathroom, a terrace and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric or ceramic hobs, microwave or oven, fridge and crockery. Some also feature a dishwasher and washing machine. Satellite TV with Canal+, direct telephone line and free high-speed Internet access come as standard.

By car: When coming from the A8, take the exit 42 for Cannes Mougins and at the roundabout turn off towards Mougins-Grasse, then Mouans Sartoux. At the following roundabout, drive towards Mouans Sartoux. This will bring guests to La Roquette street. The hotel is 200 m away, on the right-hand side.
