The hotel comprises a total of 100 rooms; facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, air conditioning and a safe in addition to a Bedouin corner with oriental shisha, 3 bars, an outdoor café, an amphitheatre and, on request, medical assistance. Fees are payable on site for use of the room and laundry services.

All of the double rooms feature an en suite bathroom, individually controllable air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a double/ king-sized bed and a balcony or terrace affording views out over the pool or gardens. Non-smoking rooms may be booked.

It is possible to book an all-inclusive, full-board, half-board or bed and breakfast only stay.

In the gardens are 2 swimming pools to make use of. There is a massage service (for an additional fee) and it is possible to relax in the sauna. Guests may pay a visit to the two hotel beaches: Sharm El Maya and Diamond, which lie a short, 5-minute shuttle bus ride from the hotel, or alternatively participate in a course at the Sea Soul dive centre.

There is a complimentary shuttle bus service to the hotel's beaches. Costs for the Christmas and New Year's Eve gala dinners are included in the price.
