The hotel, just a short distance away from the magnificent temple monuments, has the perfect blend of traditional Khmer design and sophisticated international amenities. Renovated in 2010, the air-conditioned hotel offers 18 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. Further facilities include a TV lounge, bar, pub and a restaurant. Guests may also take advantage of the wireless Internet access, room and laundry services, a car park and a bicycle hire service.

The furnishings are finished in wood with a silk trim. All rooms include air conditioning, a ceiling fan, an international direct dial telephone for international calls and satellite TV with more than 50 international channels including the best in news, sport and drama. Each room additionally features an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double or king-size bed, and a private terrace. Internet access, an in-room safe and a minibar also feature in all rooms as standard. Put all these ingredients together and guests have the makings of a comfortable and cultured stay.

The hotel has two restaurants, one upstairs on a wide open veranda that attracts a gentle breeze, and guests can enjoy continental breakfast, and set menu or à la carte lunch and dinner in the second larger 'Reahoo Restaurant', which is pleasantly located next to the pool. It is dedicated to bringing the best of Khmer cuisine for lunch and dinner as well as a wide variety of dishes from the three continents of Asia, Europe and America to guests.

There is an outdoor swimming pool with a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace. Guests may also relax in the sauna, or with a massage or spa treatment.

Upon arrival at Siem Reap Airport, guests should drive along the main road (Vithei Charles de Gaulle) towards Angkor Wat. Just after the Sofitel Hotel, turn right towards the Siem Reap River and the tranquillity of the resort awaits about 200 m down the road on the left-hand side.
