Built in 1997 and renovated in 2004, this hotel offers a total of 190 rooms spread over 5 floors of which 95 are single rooms and 95 are double rooms. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, a lift, a pub and a conference room. The à la carte restaurant is non-smoking and invites guests to indulge in some culinary delights. Laundry services are available.

From the South: follow signs for Belfast on the M 1. Follow signs for city centre. Take Grosvenor Road slip road off A 12. Take a right at the traffic lights. Drive straight on, through the 1st junction. The hotel is on the left-hand side of the next junction, on Fisherwick Place. Junction of Grosvenor Road/Fisherwick Place/Great Victoria St. From the North: follow signs for Belfast on the M 2. Follow signs for the city centre, taking a right exit for the Westlink A12. Take Divis Street offslip and turn left on to Divis Street. Take a right at the traffic lights on to College Square. Take a left on to Wellington Place and get into the right lane, turn right on to Queen Street Upper and right at junction onto Howard Street. Get into 2nd lane from right and turn right at lights. The hotel is on the left.
