Cleaning is provided once a week for guests staying more than 7 days or once during a stay for guests staying less than 7 days. Guests may request daily cleaning service at any time for an extra charge of about 35 USD plus tax per day. This service must be requested directly at the property upon check-in. Must be at least 18 years old to check-in and a valid credit card or a USD 200 deposit is required upon check-in.Front Desk hours are limited, from 7:00am to 11:00pm. Arrivals after 11pm will need to be arranged ahead of time for room key pick-up.

From Orlando International Airport:Exit the airport by following the signs to FL-528 West. Continue on FL-528 West, keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-4 West/Tampa and merge onto I-4 West. Take exit 55 to merge onto US-27 South. Slight left toward FL-60E/W Polk Ave. Merge onto FL-60 E/W Polk Ave via the ramp to Vero Beach. Continue to follow FL-60E. Turn right onto River Ranch Blvd.
