Built in 1901 and fully renovated in 2004, this family hotel is a great place to stay in North Wales as it has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that emphasises friendly and hospitable service, along with superb entertainment. This air-conditioned hotel has 162 rooms and offers excellent facilities throughout the en-suite guest rooms and public areas. The hotel exterior has been re-decorated, restoring the hotel to its former glory. The facilities at the hotel include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, lift access, a restaurant and Internet access.

All of the en suite guest rooms have traditional décor and are fully equipped to give guests a feeling of comfort and of being at home. Facilities include a hairdryer, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Additionally, the rooms offer double beds and air conditioning.

An all-you-can-eat buffet-style breakfast is offered each morning.

The hotel features live entertainment each evening and there is a golf course located 10 minutes from the hotel by foot.

By road, exit the A55 for the A470. Take the 4th exit at the roundabout onto the A470. Continue to the seafront. Turn left onto The Parade, and turn right again onto North Parade. The hotel is on the right-hand side.
