The hotel offers 43 spacious one and two-bedroom serviced apartments. They are ideal for groups or families of up to four persons, visiting the city for either business or pleasure. The open plan apartments offer a lounge with twin sofas and a dining area. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The two-bedroom apartments are available in a choice of configurations: double/twin, twin/twin or double/single. The one-bedroom apartment has a double bed. The rooms are well heated.

There is no restaurant at this property, although there are many within walking distance, due to the central location of the property.

From Edinburgh airport: Take the A8 through Corstorphine to Haymarket Terrace. Stay in the outside lane and continue on Torphicen Street, following signs for the EICC. Carry on straight through the traffic lights at the top of Dewar Place onto Gardener's Crescent. At the roundabout turn right and then take the 1st right onto Grove Street. Fountain Court is located a short distance ahead on the right.
