The hotel has recently undergone a huge transformation and mixes Georgian history with the latest in design features. The facilities include a fine-dining restaurant with food prepared by Michelin starred chef Paul Kitching as well as a unique drawing room and private dining area.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the city of Edinburgh, only a ten minute walk from Waverley Train Station, Princes Street and the main shopping areas. From Waverley Train Station, guests should follow Princes Street eastwards until its junction with Leith Walk. Walk down the hill at Leith Walk until its junction with London Road. Take the first right from London Road onto Royal Terrace.
