By road, take the A12 to Ipswich and join the A14 to Felixstowe. Join the A154 on the Felixstowe and Walton bypass (Candlet Road) from the 1st roundabout. At the 2nd roundabout take the A1021 into Grove road and at the 3rd roundabout take the 3rd exit, Beatrice Ave. At 4th roundabout, take the 2nd exit (straight over) into Hamilton Road and the hotel is immediately on the left-hand side.
