Kuredu Island Resort is truly the most romantic island in the
world. It offers a unique concept, taking guests down memory lane,
allowing them to re-enact those blissful moments. It has 330 rooms
in total, and facilities include a lobby, currency exchange
facility, two cafes, five bars, a games room, a choice of
restaurants, Internet access, room service and cycle hire.
Rooms
The resort has six amazing room types, as well as exotic thatched
bungalows and spacious villas. The fabulous villas on wooden
columns on the north-west side of the lagoon offer a romantic view
of the sunset from the secluded furnished veranda, a sun deck and
steps down to the beautiful lagoon. From the veranda, guests can
watch baby reef-sharks learning to hunt or small rays resting in
the quiet lagoon. A direct dial telephone, minibar, tea/coffee
making facilities, individually adjustable air conditioning and a
safe deposit box all feature.
Restaurant & Food
The resort offers three main restaurants and three à la carte
restaurants.
Activities & Sport
The most recent addition to the sports facilities is the 6-hole
pitch and putt golf course and the full-length driving range. The
golf course features a bar and a pro shop from which guests can
rent or purchase golf clubs as well as other golf equipment. An
outdoor pool with children's pool, massage treatments, waterskiing,
jet-skiing, diving, sailing, tennis and gym facilities also
feature.
Comments
The transfer time to the resort takes about 40 minutes by seaplane
or speedboat.
