The hotel is located in a strategic position near the business district.Just 10km from the centre of Milan,it is completely immersed in its beautiful and large gardens with fontains and water-works. 10 kms to city centre 20 kms to the airport (linate) 50 kms to the airport (malpensa) 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station (metro station famagosta) 12 km to the nearest station (stazione centrale) 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 10 km to the nearest fair site (fiera milano)

The hotel was built in 1995 and consists of 4 floors and a total of 154 rooms of which 111 are doubles, 3 are suites and 40 are apartments. Various facilities are available to guests including a foyer with a 24-hour reception, a lift, a safe, a cloakroom and a currency exchange facility.
