Tne hotel is set in a brand new complex, in beautiful lakeland surroundings, with a magnificent view of Lake Garda. It comprises 125 one-room, two-room or three-room apartments. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airports, a ticket service for Gardaland, green fee reservations and boat and cycle rental. There is a kid's club provided in summer, as well as a playground for younger guests. Further facilities include a café, a bar, a TV lounge and a breakfast room.

The open-plan apartments are pleasantly decorated with a double-bed. Some also feature a sofa bed. All have tiled or ceramic flooring, a TV with satellite channels, individually adjustable heating and air conditioning, a balcony or terrace and a telephone line. All accommodation units include an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a satellite/cable television, a radio, a hi-fi system, Internet access, an iron and ironing board, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine, a fridge and a microwave.

Breakfast is served in the form of a continental buffet.

There is an outdoor swimming pool on the hotel grounds, complete with a children's paddling section. Garda Golf Course is just a 10-minute drive away.
