Taman Harum Cottages or translated Fragrant Garden is not your
usual run-of-the-mill hotel. Found within the art and craft center
of Bali, for a unique cultural experience of Bali's past, present

rice paddy teraces of Mas in Ubud, to grandeur of mount Agung

Exterior
Designed with a modern contemporary Balinese arsitecture, which is
surrounded by a lush tropical garden made more authentic by a small
fish pond.
Lobby
The open air lobby is quite small but is decorated with ornate
Hindu ornamates.
Rooms
Each room or cottage features Balinese architecture and décor,
including valuable original paintings, sculptures, fine furniture
and carefully chosen fabrics. All rooms are large and airy,
offering all the modern conveniences expected by travellers
including an IDD telephone, writing desk, wardrobe, double bed with
side table and headboard, TV, individually-adjustable air
conditioning and a ceiling fan. For an extra touch of class, marble
bathrooms delight every sense. Most of the rooms feature a secluded
outdoor shower in a private garden. Additional ammenities include a
minibar/fridge, mosquito net and coils, a hairdryer, towels and
fresh drinking water. Each unit has its own private terrace with
tropical garden view. Non-smoking rooms are also available.
Restaurant & Food
The restaurant has an extensive wine cellar, and when dining guests
can enjoy views of the garden, fish pond while savoring a meal from
the menu that offers Western, Indonesian, Balinese and Chinese
cuisine. The in-house restaurant also serves breakfast and snacks
are also available.
Activities & Sport
The hotel's main pool is set in a tropical garden that adjoins the
surrounding rice teraces. A perfect place for sun-bathing or
relaxing. There is also a children's pool, poolside snack bar and
sun loungers. A variety of massage and spa treatments are also
offered (subject to fees).
