This is a hotel apart from the rest, it will appeal to those who are looking for an alternative type of holiday and want to learn more about the local culture and the traditional arts and crafts. A rich and real world experience for most, however the hotel also caters for those who just want to relax in an exclusive and well preserved natural environment, as there is no lack of service and amenities. Exterior: The hotel resembles a small village spread gradually on the hill, surrounded by 20.000 sqm of farmland and natural environment. It comprises of 3 neighborhoods, Upper, Central and Lower with clusters of attached traditional maisonette style buildings in each, resting among gardens and connected by stone paths. Near the hotel, Hippocrates' Garden can be found, a copy of a 2 storey house of the Classical era and a Philosophers' Arcade, an imaginary model of an area where it is said that unique minds used to gather to discuss about all things philosophical, that also houses a library. The area also has a small theater for lectures and shows.
Lobby: The lobby is spacious, guests can inquire about the range of available activities and book their participation at any time. The guests can choose to have a hand or two on stock raising - from milking to cheese production, agricultural or fishing activities, traditional cooking seminars, various exhibitions and workshops on sculpture, photography, painting and hand made art objects, movie nights and beach parties! However, modern amenities such as a swimming pool, massage and aroma therapy area, a fitness center, a day care center, a boutique and also a library are not absent.

Each accommodation unit has its own entrance. Amenities include individually regulated air conditioning, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, as well as an open-plan living room with a comfortable convertible sofa/double bed and satellite/cable TV. Additionally, all units feature a fully equipped kitchenette.

The restaurant resembles a village taverna, with the timeless wicker and wood chairs and arranged in an open plan. The glass panels allow nice views of the sea. The menu is Mediterranean, and the majority of ingredients is organic, grown at the hotel's farms within the complex.

Hotel facilities include a pool with hot tub, kids' pool, playground, gym and massage.
